Kaliama
Bimal Fabbri
At the age of 7, Bimal Fabbri had to leave his village to live in an orphanage in Kathmandu, Nepal. After a year he was adopted by an Italian family. More than 20 years later, he finds his birth village and his biological family again. During his reconciliation with his origins, he created the photographic series "Kaliama", which builds a bridge between his perspective as an adult and the fragmentary traces of his early years.
