Inka & Niclas
The award-winning artist duo Inka and Niclas Lindergård works predominantly with photography-based art. Their multifaceted oeuvre focuses on the aesthetics of popular culture and its influence on human perception of nature. With their work, Inka & Niclas shuffle between the poles of idealized beauty and absurdity, between an existential dimension and gaudy triviality. Haus am Kleistpark presents select works from the past twelve years, offering an overview of how the duo’s work has developed.
Inka and Niclas Lindergård have been working together since 2007 and live in Stockholm, Sweden. The exhibition coincides with the publication date of Inka & Niclas’s third book, Extensions.
